Prompt and great service - I have stopped going to shoe stores and purchasing shoes. If I see a brand that I like, I come home and order through you online. This UGG pictured here is the standard, the one I have has a zipper on the inside and that makes them much easier to get in and out of. Mine have studs on the side and are black. Very stylish! Great to wear in the winter but be careful of the snow.

I wear an 8.5 but ordered the 9, since I thought the 8 would be too small. They are a little roomy, but not enough to be uncomfortable. Very warm!
